GREEN INDUSTRIAL CONFIGURATION & FEASIBILITY TOOL

Configure the Process Before You Model the Return

Turn material facts, operating targets and delivery scope into an editable YUSHUNXIN reference configuration, then test the customer’s own revenue, cost and investment assumptions.

INTERACTIVE PROJECT MODEL

Connect customer demand, equipment scope and operating logic.

The reference configuration explains process roles and interfaces. It does not select a final model, promise performance or generate an automatic quotation.

Complete the project route, output assumptions and investment scope to calculate an indicative return.

Customer demand and project route

These facts determine the reference process—not a generic equipment list.

Reference configuration only. Final capacity, exact equipment, quantities, Cov cuab yeej siv, layout and commercial scope require material and site review.

MATERIAL-TO-OUTPUT ROUTE

Follow the material through the proposed process.

This is a route map, not a recovery-rate statement. Output names and shares remain the customer’s editable assumptions.

    Recovered output and revenue assumptions

Enter separate customer assumptions for up to three outputs. No recovery rate or market value is prefilled.

Output streamShare of inputValue / kg

Customer-entered assumptions. Output shares are not YUSHUNXIN recovery claims. Their total must not exceed 100% of the defined input basis.

    04B

    Monthly operating costs

The configuration identifies cost categories; the customer supplies every monetary amount.

    04C

    Investment and calculation basis

Use one currency and state exactly what the investment amount includes.

No exchange conversion or automatic price is used. The investment remains a customer or reviewed project input.

    TRANSPARENT METHOD

    Configuration first, economics second.

The tool connects customer facts to process modules and operating cost categories. It does not fill unapproved performance or price data.

    CONFIGURATION & ROI FAQ

Know what the tool has—and has not—confirmed.

Use the output as a structured project brief, then validate the assumptions with YUSHUNXIN engineering, operations and your finance team.

Is the generated module list a final equipment selection?

No. It explains a reference process route from the selected customer facts. Exact models, quantities, redundancy, utilities and layout require engineering review.

Does this tool provide a YUSHUNXIN quotation?

No. It does not insert equipment prices. The entered investment and all monetary values remain customer or reviewed project assumptions.

Why are there several output streams?

Green industrial projects may create more than one recovered or treated stream. Separate entries make the customer’s value basis visible without turning it into a YUSHUNXIN recovery claim.

Can the customer change the process scope?

Yes. Each module can be marked as YUSHUNXIN review scope, customer or third-party scope, or an item that still needs discussion. The choice is included in the enquiry summary.

    Why can payback remain unavailable?

Payback is not displayed when output assumptions, investment or investment scope are incomplete, total output shares exceed 100%, or the entered monthly contribution is not positive.
