S2: Karbonizzazzjoni Kontinwa & Soluzzjoni ta' Koġenerazzjoni Char-Gas
Is-sistema ta’ karbonizzazzjoni kontinwa tagħna tikkonverti l-bijomassa u l-iskart organiku f’bijochar ta’ kwalità għolja filwaqt li fl-istess ħin tiġġenera syngas kombustibbli għall-koġenerazzjoni tal-enerġija. Il-proċess ta’ koġenerazzjoni tal-gass tal-char jikseb ċirkolazzjoni sħiħa tal-enerġija termali — is-sħana rilaxxata waqt il-karbonizzazzjoni tinqabad u terġa’ tintuża, titjib drammatiku tal-effiċjenza ġenerali tal-enerġija.
Carbon accounting boundary: Potential storage and avoided-emission effects depend on feedstock traceability, biochar properties, end use, energy balance, the selected methodology and independent verification. No carbon-credit eligibility or emissions result is stated before project-specific review.
ESG & Ġestjoni tal-Assi tal-Karbonju
Carbon-credit eligibility and any quantified climate benefit require a dated methodology, feedstock and operating evidence, product testing, eligible end use, independent validation and local project confirmation. They must not be treated as automatic project revenue.
Koġenerazzjoni Char-Gas — Loġika taċ-Ċirkolazzjoni Termali
Is-sistema ta' koġenerazzjoni tal-gass tal-char topera fuq mudell ta' ċirkolazzjoni termali b'ċirku magħluq:
- Karbonizzazzjoni Primarja: Il-materja prima tal-bijomassa tidħol fir-reattur tal-karbonizzazzjoni kontinwa, fejn il-piroliżi kkontrollata f'450-650°C tipproduċi biochar u tirrilaxxa syngas volatili.
- Kombustjoni Syngas: Is-syngas sħun jiġi direttament mitmugħ f'kamra tal-kombustjoni tal-gass, jiġġeneraw gass taċ-ċmieni f'temperatura għolja (800-1000°C) għall-ġenerazzjoni tal-enerġija permezz ta' turbina tal-fwar jew unità ORC.
- Irkupru tas-Sħana Skart: Is-sħana tal-egżost mill-ġenerazzjoni tal-enerġija tinqabad permezz ta 'ekonomizzaturi u skambjaturi tas-sħana, tisħin minn qabel tal-materja prima li tidħol u tnixxif tal-bijomassa — tnaqqis tal-kontenut ta 'umdità hawn taħt 15% qabel ma jidħol fir-reattur.
- Riċirkolazzjoni Termali: Porzjon tal-gass taċ-ċmieni sħun jiġi ridirett lejn il-ġakketta tar-reattur tal-karbonizzazzjoni, iż-żamma tat-temperatura tal-piroliżi ottimali mingħajr input ta 'fjuwil estern wara l-istartjar.
- Energy integration basis: Available gas and heat depend on feedstock moisture and composition, operating stability, gas cleaning, auxiliary loads and the selected generator or steam system. Self-sufficiency and export require a verified project energy balance and grid or receiving-load review.
Connect biochar production with usable heat, steam or power.
A continuous carbonization project can be evaluated as a carbon-product system and an energy system. The correct route depends on biomass consistency, target carbon specification, heat demand, operating scale and the customer's ability to use energy continuously.

Separate three commercial routes before selecting equipment
Metallurgical biochar, carbon-project biochar and hard-carbon precursor projects have different customers, testing methods and acceptance cycles.
Metallurgical biochar
Prioritize fixed carbon, ash, sulfur, phosphorus, strength, sizing and delivered cost for the downstream furnace.
Carbon-project biochar
Prioritize feedstock traceability, stable carbon, emissions data, operating records and the applicable carbon methodology.
Activated-carbon feedstock
Prioritize precursor uniformity, volatile matter, ash and the subsequent activation route.
Hard-carbon precursor
Treat the project as a development program: precursor purification, controlled pre-carbonization and sample validation come before an industrial-line promise.
Use the recovered energy where it creates the clearest operating value
Direct steam supply can be more practical when a stable industrial steam user is nearby; power generation becomes a separate engineering package with stricter gas-cleaning and load-matching requirements.
- 01Dry and size the biomass
- 02Continuous oxygen-limited carbonization
- 03Separate dust and condensable fractions
- 04Clean and condition process gas
- 05Return heat to the carbonizer first
- 06Evaluate steam, power or combined heat-and-power use
What must be verified before an energy claim is used
Do not calculate an energy return from nameplate throughput alone.
Feedstock test
Umdità, ash, bulk density, particle size and seasonal variation determine drying and feeding requirements.
Carbon target
The carbon specification defines residence time, thermal profile, cooling and product handling.
Gas characterization
Gas quantity, heating value, tar, dust and moisture determine whether an engine, boiler or thermal oxidizer route is practical.
Demand match
Confirm the user's hourly steam or electrical load, pressure or voltage conditions, annual schedule and backup-energy requirement.

Reference visuals support early layout discussion. Final equipment, arrangement and interfaces are confirmed from the project material and site.

OutputProject acceptance and evidence planQuestions to resolve before configuration.
Answers define the engineering boundary; they do not replace representative material testing or local compliance review.
What changes the continuous carbonization configuration?
Biomass type, umdità, particle size, ash, target carbon specification, operating hours, heat-use route and environmental requirements change the equipment boundary.
Should steam or power generation be selected first?
The receiving energy load should be studied first. A stable nearby steam demand can favor direct steam use, while power generation requires a separate gas-cleaning, generator and electrical-integration package.
Can carbon-credit revenue be treated as guaranteed project income?
No. Eligibility depends on feedstock traceability, operating evidence, methodology, verification and local project conditions.
How is a hard-carbon precursor project different?
It requires precursor purification, controlled thermal development, powder processing and independent material or electrochemical validation beyond ordinary biochar production.
Define the material before selecting the equipment.
Share a representative material description, available volume, site status and target outputs. YUSHUNXIN will use those facts to prepare the relevant process boundary and configuration discussion.
Continuous carbonization and energy integration
Select the carbonization class from prepared volumetric feed, bulk density, umdità, target carbon and energy-use boundary.
Incoming material
Sawdust, rice husk, straw, shell or other biomass; particle size, full/air-dry moisture, ash and bulk density.
Expected outputs
Biochar and project-specific gas/heat streams; carbon properties require representative laboratory and stable-run data.
Project interfaces
Drying/preparation, sealed feeding, carbonization, gas treatment/combustion, cooling, storage, fire control and optional heat recovery.
Use only the row matching the selected process boundary.
