Why 1000kg/h Solar Panel Recycling Plants Will Dominate the Market by 2030?
Payback and return require a documented customer model using current quotations, feedstock contracts, accepted outputs, operating costs and financing assumptions. YUSHUNXIN does not state a fixed payback before project review.
Case Study: 1000kg/h Pyrolysis Line for Double-Glass Solar Panel Recycling
One of our clients invested in a 1000kg/h Solar Panel Recycling Plant in Japan. The objective of this project was to efficiently process both single-glass and double-glass solar panels, while simultaneously enhancing the purity of the recovered materials.
Its process flow incorporates advanced Teknoloġija tal-piroliżi PV to separate the EVA layer prior to the subsequent crushing and sorting stages. Final investment and operating capacity require a written scope-specific quotation based on representative modules, operating schedule, site utilities, environmental controls and the agreed acceptance method.
Recovered fractions and their usable quality must be confirmed through a documented stable-run test, representative sampling and the downstream receiver specification. No fixed recovery, purity or resale-value result is stated for a different feedstock.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Kapaċità tal-ipproċessar | 1 t/h (1,000 kg/h) |
| Glass Recovery Rate | Confirm by project test |
| Silver Enrichment | Concentrated in fine powder fraction — premium feedstock for silver refiners |
| Copper Recovery | Copper-bearing fraction; confirm purity and downstream acceptance |
| Silicon Enrichment | High-purity silicon cell concentrate — ideal for downstream wafer/ingot refiners |
Mechanical or tunnel thermal - not interchangeable
The same 1,000 kg/h label can describe two different routes; select by module construction and required release mechanism.
Incoming material
Representative module list, single-/double-glass ratio, desired operating hours and receiver specifications.
Expected outputs
Route-specific classified fractions; no fixed recovery or purity is assigned before stable-run testing.
Project interfaces
Mechanical route: dust and material handling. Thermal route: gass, cooling and environmental controls in addition.
Use only the row matching the selected process boundary.
| Catalogue reference | Capacity | Qawwa | Physical envelope | Included boundary |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| YSX-M1000Single-glass mechanical | 1 t/h | 277.6 kW | 36 × 6 × 6 m | Integrated mechanical line |
| YSX-TK1000Tunnel thermal | 1,000 kg/h | 126.65 kW | 72 × 13 × 7.5 m | Continuous tunnel thermal line |
Configuration rule: catalogue capacity is a planning reference. Stable throughput, installed/operating power, footprint, recovery, purity, emissions and utility demand require the approved equipment list, representative material and written acceptance conditions.
